Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CASS SME to join our team at Pavilion Recruitment Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth, investments, or asset management, with a focus on ensuring client money and asset procedures comply with CASS regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational adherence to the CASS rules contained within the handbook
  • Update procedures, breach tracking, and CASS advice to the business
  • Maintaining the CASS framework policy
  • Support the client to get back to BAU CASS activities
  • Oversee the refresh of the CASS framework (simplification mainly)
  • Act as the SME for the business on any CASS regulations

Requirements:

  • £ per day
  • INSIDE IR35
  • 6-month contract, likely to extend
  • London, 3 days a week
