We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Development Manager to join our team at Xclusive Recruitment Careers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the growth of our targets across the full portfolio of services while expanding existing revenue streams.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve desired results.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar senior professional sales role.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in driving business growth and increasing revenue.
  • Exceptional business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Quality communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate sales strategies and pitches.
  • Knowledge of the UK logistics market is highly desirable.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
