Primary Teacher Opportunity in Bermondsey

Horizon Teachers is working with a good 2-form entry primary school in Bermondsey who are seeking a dedicated and talented Primary Teacher to join their school as maternity cover for the next academic year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach a year 4 class and take on the full responsibilities of a classroom teacher, including PPA.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Engage with parents and guardians, fostering strong home-school partnerships.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children in a primary school setting, particularly in key stage 1.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping children reach their full potential.
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum and current teaching methods.
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
