We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for managing tax transitions during deals, overseeing corporate taxes, VAT, and other international tax matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tax transitions during deals and oversee corporate taxes, VAT, and other international tax matters
- Coordinate with finance teams and external tax providers to ensure compliance with global tax reforms
- Prepare tax forecasts and handle tax aspects of funds and accounts

Requirements:
