We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Mentor to join our team in Bournemouth. This role involves working closely with students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), to ensure they feel supported and empowered to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or young adults, ideally within an educational setting. A background in supporting students with SEN, particularly Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, is desirable but not essential.
