About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our EE store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and capitalize on new retail opportunities to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead, engage, and develop a talented team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Establish a high-performance culture that focuses on both financial and behavioral key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and manage a welcoming and customer-focused store environment that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to develop long-term succession strategies and ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of inspirational leadership and a history of leading teams to strong commercial results, including customer service measures.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to set and achieve long-term plans.
  • Experience of building great relationships with stakeholders, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with others.
  • Established coaching and development skills, with a focus on employee growth and development.
