Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
  • Follow individual care plans and work closely with colleagues to provide a seamless service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

You don't need any prior social care experience to apply for this role. We're more interested in your ability to care, compassion, and willingness to learn and develop your skills as part of a close-knit team.
