Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Operations Manager to join our Global Infrastructure Team at Net Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the global Infrastructure team, ensuring compliance with processes, and prioritizing and allocating both BAU and project work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the global Infrastructure team, ensuring compliance with processes, and prioritizing and allocating both BAU and project work.
  • Strategic Planning: You will work closely with the Global Infrastructure Leader to develop and execute a plan that ensures that the right people are in the right roles at the right time, and that employees are highly engaged and satisfied.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: You will be responsible for defining KPIs, SLAs, and ways of tracking them, ensuring SLAs are achieved.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that our services are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience: You must have previous leadership experience as a Manager within a technical sphere.
  • Excellent communication skills: You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Agile project management: You must have experience and/or qualifications in Agile project management and delivery methodologies, eg AgilePM, Scrum, Scaled Agile.
  • Procedural documentation generation: You must have expertise in procedural documentation generation.
  • Team leadership: You must be able to lead multi-disciplinary teams to engage with a process-driven culture.
