About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Finatal, a leading technology company undergoing a cross-functional transformation program. As an Interim Business Analyst, you will play a key role in improving business processes and driving transformation agendas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current business processes and map them correctly to visualise current issues across functions and customer journeys.
  • Translate business requirements into future state target operating models and run workshops to gain buy-in across the business.
  • Work with senior stakeholders at all levels of the company to drive transformation agendas.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Business Analyst / Lead BA roles.
