Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cell Operations Manager to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of SGT & AGT Parts, ensuring they meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & People (SQCDP) targets.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong leadership presence, with a focus on driving manufacturing efficiency, reducing product cost, and providing growth and development opportunities to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of products, meeting quality and cost requirements.
- Identify and implement investments to improve manufacturing capability and efficiency.
- Develop and manage budgets to meet business targets.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and strategies, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the team, stakeholders, and customers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support the introduction and optimization of digital tools to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Represent the company as an ambassador, hosting customers and external partners.
Requirements
- 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of continuous improvement and LEAN techniques.
- Proactive approach with a strong focus on team management.
- Management qualification desired.
- Project management and manufacturing techniques expertise.
- Ability to work in and form teams, with strong IT systems knowledge.
- Health & Safety competence.
