A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR DAY
- Own and manage the delivery of SGT & AGT Parts, in line with Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & People (SQCDP) targets.
- Continually improve the departments performance in manufacturing efficiency, reduce product cost, to provide growth and development to the team.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Ensure that products are delivered on time, within cost and quality requirements.
- Identify investments and activities required to maintain and improve manufacturing capability/efficiency and output for both the short and longer.
- Own and implement budgets to meet required business targets.
- Ensure adherence and appropriate Compliance, Health, Safety and Environmental practices are in place to meet company policy and strategy requirements.
- Be open in your communication detailing changes of strategies and objectives to create an environment of continuous improvement.
- Effective team working, and good industrial relations are essential for this role.
- Organize the required resources and processes (reliable, capable, cost effective) are available to meet the groups business requirements for both long and short term.
- Support the introduction and optimise the use of digital tools (Opcenter, Tableau, MES, SAP, etc)
- Be an ambassador for the business - Hosting customers, external and internal interested parties.

- 3 years leadership experience
- Understanding of continuous improvement and LEAN techniques
- Proactive approach
