We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Co-ordinator at Recruit Select.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the daily operations of a transport service provided to schools, ensuring all processes comply with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Organise and manage daily schedules for drivers and routes, communicating with schools, parents, and drivers to confirm pick-up and drop-off times.
  • Adjust schedules as needed in response to changes or emergencies.
Compliance Management:
  • Ensure all drivers have up-to-date certifications and background checks, maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and inspections.
  • Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Administrative Duties:
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, maintaining organised and up-to-date files and records.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
