Autism Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Adult Autism Support Worker in the Doncaster area. As part of The Sterling Group, you will be working with a young boy who has cerebral palsy and requires complex care.
About the Role:- Provide companionship and support for daily activities, including days out and personal care.
- Assist with all aspects of daily living, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individual and their family.
- Implement personalized care plans to meet the individual's unique needs.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
