We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover. This is a key role that will lead the delivery of digital products and operations across functional areas in GCC.

About the Role

  • Lead and deliver new Organisation Design across GCC functional areas.
  • Create three new practices that support GCC products, including SalesForce, SAP, and other products.
  • Develop a DevOps model that shares best practices across all practices and drives efficiencies.
  • Work with GCC functions to centralize products into new practices where applicable.
  • Define RACI for System Product Owner and Business Product Owner and align with GCC FL.
  • Raise awareness of digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Identify and prioritize digital transformation projects that drive business value.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation projects.
  • Evaluate and provide clarity on the impact, business criticality, and associated timescales of risks and issues across the Group.
  • Communicate risks, issues, and opportunities within the wider business.
