Lettings Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Branch Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart Group Ltd. in Walthamstow. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong market presence, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily meetings with the lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings
  • Encourage team development and progression, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
  • Attention to detail
