Associate Director - Cost Management

Join Turner & Townsend Group as an Associate Director - Cost Management and take on a challenging role in our Commercial Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing high-value and complex projects, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and delegate activities of the cost consultant team, covering feasibility estimates, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation, and value engineering.
  • Champion a safe and secure environment to promote the company's culture and drive performance standards through expert communication.
  • Work on diverse projects, analyzing data and evaluating various factors to solve complex problems.
  • Be accountable for briefing the team on project scope and ensuring roles and responsibilities are understood.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Experience managing high-value and complex projects within a consultancy environment.
  • Workplace, retail, commercial, or mixed-use sector experience with appropriate project value and size.
