Maintenance Team Position Overview

This role involves working as part of a team responsible for maintenance tasks, including supporting tradesmen onsite and transporting materials.

The estimated salary for this Maintenance Team Member position is GBP28,352 per annum, based on an estimated 40 hours worked per week at the hourly rate of GBP14.40 (Hybrid).

Main Tasks:
  • Providing support to tradesmen during property rip out tasks.
  • Operating a Luton van to transport materials.
  • Removing waste from job sites.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably with an agency labour supplier.
