Job Title: Teaching Assistant with PE Expertise

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teach Now. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Physical Education and a passion for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in the classroom and lead PE activities and lessons
  • Provide support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help them reach their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent)
  • Experience leading and teaching PE activities and lessons
  • Experience working with SEN children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with children
