Clinical Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team in Liverpool. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing the clinical operations of your designated unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Strong Clinical Leadership: Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained by providing strong clinical leadership to the nursing staff.
  2. Implement Innovative Care Solutions: Drive innovative care solutions to enhance the well-being of residents, staying abreast of the latest developments in the healthcare industry.
  3. Foster a Collaborative Environment: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  4. Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Registered Nurse: A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
  2. Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, with some experience in a leadership capacity within a nursing home or similar setting.
