Digital Healthcare Leadership Position

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking an experienced Digital Healthcare Leader to oversee the implementation and management of our clinical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of clinical systems and their applications in healthcare settings.

About the Job
  • Responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of clinical systems across the health board.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of large system deployments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical systems to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field, supplemented by MSc or equivalent level of knowledge & experience.
  • Experience in an ICT support environment, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
