Job Title: Building Fabric Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Fabric Team Leader to join our team in the Exeter area. As a key member of our mobile engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality building fabric maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver building fabric maintenance services, including patch plastering, rendering, carpentry, and floor coverings.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and general management to maximize staff capability and manage training needs.
  • Ensure the quality of work through effective management, both on and off site, and a thorough review process.
  • Carry out various repair and renewal works to our clients' external and internal customer-focused areas.
  • Undertake surveys and produce scope of works, ensuring compliance with all H&S related areas.
  • Coordinate suppliers to ensure operational success through maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Validate correct data within Timetrack and information/schedules on Aeromark.
  • Maximize production levels by ensuring efficient controlling of materials purchase.
  • Assist with financial and budgetary controls to ensure business expectations and all financial matters are dealt with effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a supervisory position.
  • Experience of working in a Building Fabric role.
  • City & Guilds / BTEC Qualifications would be an advantage.
