Job SummaryWe are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Ponteland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and engaging experience
- Assist with merchandise displays and store maintenance, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
- Manage store stockrooms, ensuring effective replenishment and stock control
- Serve customers in a helpful and pleasant manner, responding to their needs and queries
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
