**Job Description:** As an Orthopaedic Scrub Theatre Practitioner at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of operations and providing exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of theatre protocols and procedures.

You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure patient safety and well-being. A flexible approach to working hours is essential, as the role may involve shifts, nights, and weekends.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons during operations and provide support to the theatre team
  • Administer medicines in accordance with trust policies and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
  • Participate in continuing professional development to enhance clinical skills

**Salary:** £30,800 - £44,270 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension schemes, health insurance, and paid annual leave.
