As a leading player in the industry, our client is poised for exciting growth plans, making this an ideal time to join their team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer service standards, sales growth, and team development, while maintaining company and brand standards, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and achieving key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer service excellence across the site.
- Boost sales and ensure site profitability.
- Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
