Equipment Performance Manager

Are you a skilled engineer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an Equipment Performance Manager to lead our efforts in optimising equipment performance and driving business growth.

This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a passion for innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Optimisation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
  • Training and Development: Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Estimated Salary:

£55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
