We're looking for a highly skilled Automated Equipment Support Expert to join our Operations Group in Witney. As a vital member of our team, you'll provide technical expertise to support manufacturing operations across our business. This involves performing preventive maintenance activities, responding effectively to breakdowns, monitoring equipment performance, and offering valuable insights to optimize process yields and efficiency.

By collaborating closely with our Projects Team, you'll ensure seamless integration of equipment changes into our existing systems. Your role will also involve contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing projects that enhance our operations.

For this position, you must have experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment, particularly in precision assembly setup, machine tool operation, fault detection, and problem-solving. A recognized Engineering apprenticeship or higher education qualification (such as an ONC, HNC, HND, or degree) in a related field is required.

Experience with laser cutting & marking, micro fluid deposition, vision systems, or regulated industries (pharma, medical devices) is advantageous but not essential, as in-house training will be provided.
