Care Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Care Development Manager to join our dedicated team at Helping Hands. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance, ensuring carers are trained to the highest standard, and conducting risk assessments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing training programs for new carers
- Supporting the branch team with internal audits and quality control
- Conducting regular supervisions with care assistants
- Maintaining accurate records of staff development and performance
