A prestigious secondary school in Tottenham is seeking ambitious and enthusiastic Physics graduates to join their team as A-level coaches. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in education, with the possibility of gaining a formal teaching qualification after completing a year of training.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a high-achieving Physics graduate who is passionate about supporting young people. As an A-level coach, you will work closely with students to help them develop revision techniques and prepare for university applications. You will also have the opportunity to hold interventions and focus groups for students who require additional support, tailoring your teaching style to meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting A-level Physics students in their academic journey
  • Holding interventions and focus groups to provide targeted support
  • Tailoring teaching styles to meet individual student needs
  • Preparing students for university applications

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Physics or a closely related discipline
  • Experience working with young people (desired but not necessary)
  • Strong knowledge of the Physics A-level curriculum
  • Ability to build rapport with students
