We are seeking an experienced Chef and Catering Professional to join our team at PGL Travel Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time part-year position from March to October/November 2025, with a guaranteed Friday or Saturday evening off each week during non-peak periods. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals to our guests, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals for our guests, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards;
  • Collaborate with our catering team to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas to enhance our dining offerings;
  • Maintain accurate records of food inventory, waste, and other kitchen-related data.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent food safety and hygiene knowledge, with certification (e.g., Food Safety Level 2) a plus;
  • Able to work effectively in a team, communicating clearly and respectfully;
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
