At Reeson Education, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Academic Support Professional. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a graduate looking to develop their skills in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEMH needs and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you will work closely with class teachers to raise learning and attainment, promoting independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion. You will also provide individual or group support to access the curriculum and contribute to lesson planning, preparation, and resourcing.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers to enhance student outcomes
  • Promote effective learning strategies and provide individualised support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to lesson planning, preparation, and resourcing
