We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Skills Educator to join our team at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Children's Nurse with a keen interest in education to further their career.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Ward Sister and Practice Education Team to develop and deliver teaching packages to all staff within the ward, supporting staff in clinical areas to achieve competence and helping to develop the workforce.

Key responsibilities include working clinically alongside registered and non-registered staff, promoting and delivering clinical skills training practice while ensuring that skills adhere to UHL Policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have previous teaching experience, evidence of innovations and achievements in clinical practice, and ongoing professional development. They will also be creative and innovative, with excellent analytical and judgement skills.
