Student Placement Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team for a 12-month placement at our Cramlington site. As a student placement, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with our experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of key site projects, working collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals
- Contribute to the validation process of projects, developing and executing validation documentation
- Develop and implement engineering continuous improvement projects, driving process improvements and efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Education & Skills:
- Currently studying a degree in a related discipline, such as Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and innovating skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Team player, with the ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues in achieving project goals

Application Process Timeline Overview:

Candidates will be selected and invited to take part in an initial informal discussion about the role
Stage 3 – Assessment Centre + Final Interview (November 2024)
Those candidates successful at stage 2 will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre, located on site at Cramlington
