Job Title: Technical Officer - Health and Safety Specialist

Location: Lowestoft

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Officer - Health and Safety Specialist to lead and provide essential health and safety advice, support, and inspections for the Asset Management Team and Operations Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert health and safety advice and support to the Asset Management Team and Operations Service.
  • Conduct thorough health and safety inspections to ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and the Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • Maintain high health and safety standards across the client's land, infrastructure, and buildings.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Significant experience in a similar role or a strong background in health and safety, with knowledge of engineering-related disciplines and associated regulations.
  • Degree level qualification in Health and Safety, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • NEBOSH/IOSH certification.
  • Proficiency in relevant methods and materials in health and safety.
