Job Title: HVAC Project Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Project Sales Engineer to join our team at KYCG Europe Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our air to water heat pump products and providing technical assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities with existing and new customers, with a focus on achieving set volume targets.
  • Maintain and service sales agreements with targeted customers, ensuring set and agreed KPIs are met.
  • Prepare project designs, specifications, and quotations to support the sales team.
  • Execute sales strategies as discussed and agreed with the Heating National Sales Manager.
  • Provide detailed reporting of all sales and business development activities.
  • Promote the brand through regular presentations to customers, including wholesalers and homebuilders.
  • Deliver technical seminar presentations to identified heat pump installers.
  • Liaise with other departments to optimize levels of inventory and resolve payment disputes.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in the heating heat pump market, preferably gained from a reputable manufacturer.
  • Engineering or other relevant technical qualifications are desirable.
  • Proven performance and customer management skills.
  • Good understanding of relevant legislations and government grants related to heating and plumbing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good networking skills and abilities.
  • Experience of working within a performance management environment (KPIs and Service Level Agreements).
  • Highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment.
