We are seeking two highly skilled individuals to join our Board at Rooftop Housing Group, a forward-thinking organization that provides housing, accommodation, and support to people in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

As a Non-Executive Director, you will work closely with our Executive Team to demonstrate the highest standards of governance and sound decision-making principles. Your strategic mindset and ability to complement our existing Boards will be invaluable in driving our organization's success.

We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in treasury management, financial management, internal audit, and audit/risk committees. Additionally, experience in senior management, health and safety, customer service, and consumer regulation would be beneficial.

Our Board meetings are held in person at our Head Office in Evesham, while committee meetings are conducted via Microsoft Teams. We are committed to creating an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and promotes equality of outcomes in all aspects of our employment.

The role requires a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and an allowance of £5,067 (approximately 20 hours per month) will be provided. The closing date for applications is 12 noon on 31 October 2024.
