We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Forest School Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. About the Role

As a Forest School Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment that fosters children's love for nature and learning. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement educational programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and engaging environment that fosters children's love for nature and learning.

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the health, safety, and well-being of our children.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care.
  • Experience working with children in a Forest School or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Passion for promoting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
