Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN) / Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

We are seeking Registered General Nurses (RGN) and Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join our dedicated team at Progressive Resource. Job Summary:

As an RGN or RMN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care in a variety of settings, including hospitals, care homes, and community health environments. You will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes and maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional general nursing care, including administering medications, conducting diagnostic tests, and creating care plans for patients in various healthcare settings.
  • Deliver specialized mental health care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in accordance with NHS mental health standards.
  • Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best care.
  • Support and educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and mental health recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with NHS policies, standards, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Active NMC Registration as either a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
  • Proven experience in relevant healthcare settings such as hospitals, care homes, or community health.
  • Knowledge of NHS standards and practices related to general or mental health care.
  • Competitive salary of £19.00 per hour.
