Job Description

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our team at Core 3 Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, including creating and monitoring processes for material requests, building relationships with suppliers, and negotiating prices. They will also be responsible for tracking orders, approving invoices, managing credit limits, and budgeting and cost analysis for our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of building materials and construction
  • AAT3 Qualified or qualified by experience
  • An all-around individual with the ability to prioritize workload
  • Willingness to learn and progress
  • Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
  • Proactive approach and good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly pick up a range of different systems
