So Clean Cleaning Service PLC, a well-established commercial cleaning services provider in Orpington, Kent, is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join its Accounts Department.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Credit Control Specialist to oversee the company's credit control function and ensure timely payment from customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in managing accounts receivable.

Responsibilities
  • Raise sales invoices weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly; issue monthly customer statements; manage credit control daily by liaising with customers and collaborating with internal departments.
  • Review aged debtors report weekly with the Financial Controller and Office Manager; ensure termination charges and final accounts for customers are fully charged and paid in line with the contract before termination.
  • Maintain high-level customer service; work closely with the Financial Controller to resolve client invoicing queries as required.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess an excellent telephone manner, an NI number is required.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
