We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Business Analyst Graduate Scheme. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling change across our organisation, working closely with both business and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyse complex business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop business cases, and implement changes that drive business value.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What We OfferOur Business Analyst Graduate Scheme is a 2-year rotational programme that provides you with the opportunity to gain a broad range of experience and skills. You will work on a variety of projects, developing your analytical and problem-solving skills, and gaining a deep understanding of our business.
Throughout the programme, you will receive comprehensive training and support, including the BCS Analysis Foundation course. You will also have the opportunity to work with experienced business analysts and subject matter experts, gaining valuable insights and knowledge.
