About the Team

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate the customer service team to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements.
Requirements

We're looking for an experienced customer service manager who can bring their expertise to this role. You should have a proven track record in customer service management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
