About the Role:

As a Site Manager, you will lead and manage the on-site team of Sub-Contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client requirements and project programmes. You will liaise with the Senior Site Manager & Project Manager to drive a consistent & proactive approach to health & safety on site, manage hazards & risks, ensure all contractors & visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites, and monitor the progress of project programmes. You will build an understanding of project budgets to drive efficiencies and oversee contractor performance.

About You:

  1. Experience working as a Site Manager
  2. Experience working for a Main Contractor on schemes valued £5m +
  3. Experience in diverse sectors
  4. Experience in new build & refurbishment
  5. Experience of speaking to clients at multiple levels
  6. Experience of managing sub-contractors effectively
  7. SMSTS and First Aid
  8. CSCS card
  9. Degree or HND Qualified or a Trades background
