As a Portfolio Analyst, you'll be responsible for the annual update and management of our Asset Performance Evaluation Model (APE) and Thriving Communities Models (TCS). These guide and support our decision making, along with other models such as the Void Matrix.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering an annual model refresh program, monitoring and reporting on the impact of change on Orbit's portfolio performance.
  • Interrogating and understanding the data from colleagues to ensure our scheme / asset strategies are appropriate.
  • Producing a five-year Quality Improvement Pipeline (QIP), helping our customers move into better quality homes, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Continual review of the portfolio performance data to propose improvement strategies and evolve our models.
  • Engaging with external parties on portfolio projects; helping them understand how Orbit record data and monitor portfolio performance to ensure the best outcome is achieved for the project.

What you'll bring:

  • Excellent data manipulation skills, with the ability to accurately and quickly report output.
  • Confidence with cash-flow models, developing spreadsheets or databases to analyse business change.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a critical and logical approach.
  • Relevant experience, qualification or equivalent.
