About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Portfolio Analyst to join our team at Orbit Group, a leading developer of affordable housing in the UK. As a key member of our Portfolio Team, you'll play a crucial role in reviewing the performance of our 34,000+ social rented homes and proposing asset management strategies to improve portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Annual update and management of our Asset Performance Evaluation Model (APE) and Thriving Communities Models (TCS)
  • Deliver an annual model refresh program, monitoring and reporting on the impact of change on Orbit's portfolio performance
  • Develop a pipeline of poor-performing schemes to be progressed by the wider business
  • Interrogate and understand data from colleagues to ensure scheme/asset strategies are appropriate
  • Produce a five-year Quality Improvement Pipeline (QIP) using quantitative and qualitative data
What You'll Bring
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
  • Confident with cash-flow models and developing spreadsheets or databases to analyze business change
  • Relevant experience, qualification, or equivalent
  • Desirable skills: competent in use of Power BI and Mapping Tools (GIS)
