Job Title: Bank Community Complex Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bank Community Complex Care Nurse to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Bank Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients with complex needs in their own homes or community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high standards of care to patients with complex continuing care needs in their own homes or community settings.
  • Assess patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care with the patient and their family.
  • Produce contingency plans and ensure that all staff within the team are aware of these plans, practice, and procedures.
  • Complete and evaluate risk assessments for patients and staff as required.
  • Undertake and be responsible for the practical teaching of unregistered staff with completion of relevant documentation.
Person Specification

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (Child or Adult branch) with post-registration experience, preferably in PICU/ITU/Community Care. You should have complex seizure management and Trachy/vent/gastro care skills. Experience in caring for patients within their own homes is desirable.
