We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Lead to join our team at M3 Global Research. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience working with clients to deliver high-quality projects.

About the Role
  • The Senior Project Lead will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • The Senior Project Lead will also be responsible for providing regular updates to clients on project status and making recommendations to maximize sample collection.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Initiation: Develop project plans, identify resources needed, and establish timelines and budgets.
  • Project Kick-off: Coordinate internal meetings to finalize project requirements and determine timelines and schedules.
  • Project Updates: Provide regular updates to clients on project status, and make recommendations to maximize sample collection.
  • Project Completion: Ensure timely completion, incentive payments to panelists, and financial metrics for billing and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in Healthcare data collections is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Decipher, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel and Word skills is essential.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines is critical.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including an annual bonus scheme linked to profitability, pension contributions, a medical cash plan with subsidized gym membership and staff discount scheme, and a cycle scheme.
