Data Collection Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join Cast UK Limited and develop your skills in data collection, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:- Process sales orders into the Cin7 ERP system.
- Prepare commercial invoices and packing lists.
- Collect and update customer data.
- Assist with picking and packing duties when required.
- Schedule courier collections via the internal E-portal.
- Monitor retail orders via EDI.
- Liaise with local and international customers.
- Perform picking and packing tasks accurately to meet customer demands.
- Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock movements.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
- Proficient in using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Experience with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes is highly desirable.
- Proficient in PC literacy and Excel package.
- Knowledge of Mandarin language is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure is highly desirable.
This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company also provides opportunities for growth and development within the role.
