Job Title: Hospitality Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hospitality Assistant to join our team. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive a high-quality catering and dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all catering areas are maintained to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Follow all operational procedures within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collect, wash, and replenish drinking jugs and glasses from residents' rooms and lounge areas, promoting a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Prepare and deliver meal trays to residents' rooms and dining areas, taking into account individual dietary needs and preferences.
  • Aware of all residents' dietary needs, ensuring that their requirements are met and exceeded.
