Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Clients living in the community with a range of complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and update care plans to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
- Support and supervise our Carers to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to provide exceptional care.
- Audit and manage documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external providers and professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Visit Clients on a regular basis to ensure our high standards are met and to identify areas for improvement.
- Proven management experience in a social care, healthcare, nursing, or social work setting.
- At least 2-5 years of experience managing challenging caseloads and supervising staff.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients, carers, and staff.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable in a changing work environment.
