Apprentice Commis Chef Opportunity

Shepherd Neame is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Commis Chef. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to develop their culinary skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation to a high standard
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of kitchen operations and procedures
  • Participate in workshops and development days to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment

Commis Chef Academy Programme:

The Commis Chef Academy programme is a comprehensive training programme that will provide the successful candidate with the skills and knowledge required to excel in a kitchen environment. The programme includes master classes, workshops, and one-to-one coaching sessions with industry experts.

Upon completion of the programme, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into a Senior Production or Chef De Partie role, depending on their skills and performance.
